What does the client council do?
The main task of the client council is to promote the common interests of the patients of AOFE clinics. The client council advises the Executive Board on improving the implementation and implementation of the quality of care. The client council meets at least twice a year.
In order to represent the interests of patients, the client council has the right to information and can issue solicited and unsolicited advice to the Board of Directors. Regular consultations therefore take place between the client council and the Executive Board. In addition, the client council meets with the Supervisory Board once a year.
The client council is accountable through the annual report. This annual report is presented to the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board.
